Dirk Feather joins us with over a decade of experience in the financial services and insurance industry.

Dirk began his career at New York Life in 2013 where his practice focused on a protecting, growing and preserving the wealth of his clients. After establishing a successful practice, Dirk transitioned to the New York Life Home Office where he joined the Tactical Strategies and Sales Team in October of 2014. His experience included serving as an Internal Life Product Consultant supporting agents in the orphan distribution program, Variable Universal Life, Employee Whole Life, large case design and increasing agent retention. In August of 2019 he took on the role of Development Manager in Southern Connecticut and later was asked to take on a role of developing agents throughout the Northeast. He joined MML Investors Services, LLC in October 2024.

As an Army ROTC Scholarship winner, Dirk graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources. Dirk served as a Commissioned Officer in the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment for 4 years before joining the financial industry in 2001. Dirk's time in the Army sent him overseas to Bosnia where part of his mission was to provide security for locals to re-build their communities.

When Dirk isn't working, he is most likely volunteering his time to the community or helping his son Jamie pursue his career in Mixed Martial Arts. He is a certified Fire Fighter and has served his local department with his wife Ashli since 2012.
